Before coming: for serious illnesses please bring your medical records — test results, medical history or the last discharge letter. For minor complaints they are not required, but if you have them, do bring them.

Do I need to book a session?
Yes. Call ahead to arrange a time — on opening days, Monday and Wednesday 9–13 and 16–18, and Friday 9–13. Opening hours are extended if more people come.
Do I bring test results?
For serious illnesses test results are required, for the person's own records. For minor problems they are not, but if you have them, do bring them.
After how many sessions will I know if I respond?
For serious illnesses every person is entitled to three free trial sessions. If they feel a response in the body during them, the sessions may continue, with payment by arrangement. If they feel nothing — then, openly and honestly, they do not.
Can people without serious illnesses come?
They can. The work is aimed primarily at people with serious illnesses, so only they are entitled to three free trial sessions — further sessions are paid by arrangement. For minor health complaints a session costs 50 € (VAT included), with no free trials.
Is there a long wait?
Come during opening hours, sit down and wait your turn — everyone gets their turn, however busy it is. The longest wait is about an hour, and children and the less mobile have priority.
Do the sessions replace a doctor?
No. The sessions are a form of spiritual and energetic support and do not replace medical care or prescribed treatment. No promises or guarantees about the outcome — everyone who comes continues treatment with their own doctor.
